DR MALKEET KAUR, a POST graduate IN medical science did her MD FROM SMS MEDICAL COLLEGE JAIPUR and PGDGM POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN GERIATRIC MEDICINE FROM MAULANA AZAD MEDICAL COLLEGE, NEW DELHI. Today GNCS works across many states of India with A team and a network of partner grassroots organizations, impacting at scale many issues like water, sanitation, agriculture, menstrual health, disaster response, and rehabilitation.
Dr malkeet kaur works closely with gncs’s leadership team to nurture and strengthen a relationship of empathy and respect between the cities and villages of India, focusing on fine-tuning and aligning gncs’s strategy and communication to its foundational value of dignity and co-creative bottoms up community-driven approach. She is especially passionate about GNCS’s work on mainstreaming and repositioning Menstruation as a human issue beyond just ‘women’s issue.’ An avid speaker, a life-long learner dr malkeet is a certified doctor, having a deep interest in human-centric design and its multi-sectoral implications.
